Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At NOORKURTA, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to maintain quality standards. We request customers to review the policy carefully before placing an order.

All purchases made on NOORKURTA are considered final sale. Once an order has been delivered, returns or refunds are not applicable.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect size selected while placing the order

Product quality concerns based on personal preference

Color or design preference

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discounts

Gift cards or promotional purchases

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this No Return / No Refund Policy.

Size Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange only for the same product, subject to stock availability.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you require a size exchange.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

A flat return shipping charge of ₹249 will be applicable for the exchange process.

Exchange requests made after 24 hours from the time of delivery will not be accepted.

If the requested size is unavailable, any eligible adjustment will be issued only as store credit, valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Color Variation

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, the actual product color may slightly differ from the images shown on the website due to lighting during photography, screen resolution, device display settings, or natural fabric dye variations.

Such minor variations will not be considered a valid reason for return or exchange.

Delivery Damage Notice

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel from the courier partner. Once the delivery has been accepted, we will not be responsible for damage claims.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once they have been confirmed and shipped.

Embroidery & Fabric Characteristics

Our garments are made using quality fabrics and craftsmanship. However, due to the natural characteristics of fabrics, slight variations in embroidery, texture, or minimal color bleeding may occur.

Sizing

The fit of each garment may vary depending on the fabric, cut, and style. Some designs are intentionally made with a relaxed fit while others may have a more tailored look.

Please review the size guide available on each product page before placing your order. Minor measurement differences may occur due to fabric type and manufacturing processes.

Color Display

While we try our best to present product colors accurately, the appearance of colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings, device display, image resolution, and lighting used during photography.

Wash Care

Please follow the wash care instructions mentioned on the product tag to maintain the quality and longevity of the garment. Damage caused by improper washing or handling will not be considered a manufacturing issue.
